In 1 week I am down 6 lbs. I know a lot of it had to do with how I was eating, and I know I won’t see a jump like that again, but if feels nice!!!

Day 2 of going to a new gym and getting my health in order went very well! Didn’t think I was going to like the new atmosphere, but getting more into it today made me feel a lot better!!
