He was also an opposing voice when the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence were canceled at last year's Pride at Dodger Stadium. He felt they were mocking his religion. He also failed to mention that they tended the sick during the AIDS crisis. I wonder how much compassion he showed the dying then...

One of my all-time favorite fantasy writers, and this series in particular. Decades later, a few friends and I still make reference to those stories, which have a cherished place on my bookshelf. Such an original storyteller. Creatures of Light and Darkness is another favorite.

They are not subject to anyone's belief or opinion. They weren't invented by any human religion, and there is no way to avoid them. I like that a lot.

JMS Books has been around a long time. I've never worked with them, but some of my friends are exclusively there.

I've heard good things about Pride Publishing in the UK, too.
