Wiki tells you it is picking up trash while running.. that's how I do it, but really they're are no rules... Do it while you are walking your dog, walking. Cycling.. it all makes an impact 🙏🏻

How to make an impact with trash.. a week ago I completed the Egmond half marathon... In an Earth suit containing 1000 plastic bottles picked up off the streets while running. The suit weighted 32kg. So much fun. So much pain. Super proud.. and now it will be on display in the Zandvoorts Museum

When you pick up trash you make an impact.. but when people see you doing it you can make a difference 💚.. action cameras and social media are the most important tools I have while #plogging
