It's been a day of gratitude... My 3 things to be grateful for.. 1. A friend you can wee in the woods with, 2. A good walk and chat, 3. Completing my first Body Pump class, which I really enjoyed... Thank you @elfincup.bsky.social 💪😊😎

My neighbour and I have stressful public facing jobs. We deal with this by getting out on a weekend around 5:30 am and walking (10miles today). Birdsong, trees, grass, animals especially newly born lambs go along way to heal our spirits. #nature #druid #walking #friendship @elfincup.bsky.social ta x

Then after my walk I spent a few hours with my dad and as usual I admired his garden. He's unable to tend to the garden of his past but it's still kept tidy with more lawn and pots of herbs and seasonal plants.

Very damp, misty, pea soup walk today. Had to cut it short due to poor visibility but it still had a touch of adventure and good old vert. Better than a lay in ☺️@elfincup.bsky.social

Another solid 6+miles with @elfincup.bsky.social. Our early walks are a joy, bird song, views and a brilliant catch up for the week. The walks are part of training for the Caerphilly Challenge Series, we are taking this on to raise money for our local food bank. DM me if you have a quid spare 😊
