I’m thinking specifically about how greatly the film depicts the reflection of its two leads and in the monster(s). Rarely does a horror movie just pop up in my head years later like this due to how damned good it handled its thematic storytelling.

I think that’s a pretty limited view on the opportunities that arise from first person titles, but to each their own. I would suggest giving it a shot via game pass(they’re bringing back the $1 usd deal if you’re on pc) or try/refund if t doesnt resonate. You at be surprised!

The Witcher 3: The Witches are a marginalized group being hunted and murdered the religious zealots that are The Church of Eternal Fire. This is not only a metaphor for hate of the intolerant towards minorities, but also, since most of the witches help others, is similar to historical "witches" -
