Totally and no need for me to take deep breaths just asking further because I’ve heard a lot ,if he hates the ‘where’s my product?!’ emails, it still doesn’t excuse not responding at all. People are getting charged and left completely in the dark, and that’s not okay, overwhelmed or not! Hello …

So I’m just asking around more because I’m concerned I just ordered an item that was in stock last week and already got charged with no confirmation and no email response

I know it’s just him running things which I can imagine is difficult but people I’ve reached out to haven’t received any order confirmation after being charged, and they can’t get ahold of him by email or phone. Some have even had to wait months even having to dispute the charge.
