My math:
I’ve been told that decent filament costs around $20/kg role. Our smallest whistle uses just 1.2 grams of filament. Our biggest whistle is 7.2 grams = $0.14 of filament.

Plus, many 3D printers are willing to donate their time, filament, and electricity. Built-in crowdfunding!

Does your certainty come with evidence? I’ve been buying a lot of whistles lately and would LOVE to find bulk whistles that are cheaper than 3D printed.

If you have any links for whistles that cost <$0.15 and will arrive in the next two weeks, please share them!
