This is the most relevant article to NIH and research cuts I’ve seen.

Imagine if this was today , how many people would be saying “Why are we studying Gila Monsters and their impact on diabetes ? That’s wasted money !”

Scarlet letter day in Indian history as the biggest democracy on the planet with rampant bride burning over dowry and refusal to recognize marital rape now goes after couples just living together.

Newtonian physics of right wing politics. The more elections they win, the more conservative they go.

It’s little bit funny, how roles change in your life. I have driven through massive storms telling my mom that I’m perfectly safe in my car I know that amma didn’t sleep until I got to my hotel safely. I’m what you call a overthinker (I just say that I can run 1000
simulations in my concurrently)

I did a group activity today with a bunch of stem people vs non stem people. The situation required us to use our strengths from this test to solve a problem as a team. The non stem people spent time getting to know the team, while the stem people just got to the problem and solved😂🤦🏻

For the love for whatever god yall choose, please stop wishing for bumrah to hurt Sam. At the end of the day everyone on that field is a person who fell in love with a game and choose to play it professionally. The color of jersey is not as important as the game itself🤦🏻

One of the best things I’ve ever seen on Twitter was a clip of President Jimmy Carter saying, ‘The best thing I ever did was marrying Rosalynn. That’s the pinnacle of my life.’ ❤️ Godspeed, President Carter.

Was at Indian-Egyptian couple's baby shower. Seated with Korean-White couple & their baby. I couldn't help but think if these two babies got married in the future, their kid would be Arab, Indian, White, and Korean!

Best thing a parent can do for their kid is procreating outside the race!

But the sheer dedication and wasted time it took for us both to get that $350 covered was so long that if we were hourly wage workers instead of monthly salary workers, it wouldn't have been worth to pursue.

And that's the point I suppose. Making customers feel helpless.

The culture I was raised in places the pursuit of knowledge above everything while I understand that in a way, the question in my mind is that is it really worth sacrificing your life for a degree? I love my work but I could be out there playing pickleball, hiking or anything else really instead of

The outcome of a conflict is strange sometimes, the movies convince us that victory will mean that everything is going to be alright. A hard fought battle will involve heavy losses for both sides what do you do when you get what you want but you pay a huge price for it that it’s not worth it anymore

Writing this down for anyone who wonders why I have this username, the username is from a song in a movie called “Godhi banna sadharan maikattu”. It translates to wheatish complexion or brown and avg build. The movie reminds me a lot of the relationship I have with my dad

How do you deal with the fact that your dad has Alzheimer’s or some sort of disease with the similar sort? He does not remember so much of what I told him and his behavior is increasingly erratic and now as a result of everything else that went wrong, I don’t even have my gf to share this with
