Roblox Studio has been having updates like Windows 10 recently this shit is pissing me off.
This is like the third time today its needed an update.

Working on some new utility pole models, this is just a portion of the set I'm planning to make. I tried to find a balance between realism and engineering with simplicity and game development.

There are also other amenities such as a gym, PO boxes, and the recently opened pool. There is also a parking lot, however it is only open to visitors. Due to the sprawling nature of the Phoenix area, Culdesac also offers discounts for rideshare services alongside passes for the lightrail.

There are tons of local shops as well as a small grocery store and a restaurant located within the community. Many of the owners of these shops actually live in the community as well. Culdesac offers store suites where you can open a store and live within the same apartment suite.

There is also a main pathway which is designed to be large enough for any service or emergency vehicles if there is a fire or other emergency situation within the community.

Here are some photos of what is currently the main plaza for the community. The plaza features a cool shade structure and is surrounded by small, locally owned shops.

I finally got the chance to visit Culdesac in Tempe today. It features mixed use buildings and zero cars, just a small parking lot for visitors. I took tons of great photos that Ill here.
