Either by weakening Cynder enough for the counterspell to be effective or by knocking her out in order for Bianca to be able to do it.
And either way, the result would be the same: reduce Cynder's healthbar to 0 then we see Bianca work her magic in the post boss cinematic.

One idea I had was that the reveal that Cynder is actually Spyro's age would come at the start of the final hub world rather than during the boss fight. That leads to Bianca researching a counterspell, and once you get to the battle Bianca has found it and it's your job to make it work.

Bianca is the one I'd be most interested in seeing her interact with.
Prehaps in this version we could even have Bianca help Spyro break Cynder free from the magic that controlls her.

One thing I'd also love to see would be Cynder and Bianca bonding. Seeing the two become friends, and maybe discuss their guilt and trauma over their past as villains could make for some really touching moments.
