If you're looking for a cop drama that has no cursing, minimal violence, creative plot lines and a cool GSD, check out Hudsen and Rex. Reminds me of family friendly TV when I was a kid. It's on Prime.
And they let me up on the furniture and the bed! Plus, I get paid ... with purrs, tail wags, play and snuggles. They protect me. I am lucky to be their ward!

I've come to realize that I am the indentured servant in my own home! They allow me to live here as long as I do their shopping, I am their personal chef! I do their laundry, clean up after them, take them out to exotic places i.e. the nordic center, and take them out to restaurants.

She'll only really snuggle with me but will sleep close to her siblings so she can pet them to sleep.

I'm 70. I can X-C Ski 7 miles in an hour. I can swim a 100 Butterfly in under a minute and a half, I have no problem Mtn. biking 20 miles or skiing the black diamond runs. Cannabis helps me sleep. Cannabis stimulates my appetite. Cannabis eliminates my low back and neck pain.

Dark Winds is pretty good TV. The characters are not even close to Hillerman's originals in the novels, though. Tony Hillerman novels are awesome. Read them!
