If 4 quid a week puts people into poverty there are bigger problems.Why not have kept national insurance at the higher rate and put it on pensions.Also gas and electric was dearer last year .So why is it a crisis this year and not last?.

Yep gas and electric was a lot dearer last year .Why is this year different after pension uplift as well.
