Also, try adjusting your foot placement inside. Eg ball of feet at the back, and try it laying down - it works! It truly helps & gets into places I can’t myself.

Mine has the same. Just run it again. Once it warms up it will stay warm so you can turn the heat off and I believe they turn off if they overheat. Enjoy!

YES! and if you haven’t had shockwave therapy I would highly recommend it. I was PF free for a long period because of it, another injury triggered it again.

I have chronic PF & all the gizmos (ball, orthotics, night splints , ice boot etc) Have you tried a heated foot massager machine thing? I got one online for 80$ and it’s been a godsend. Oh and have you tried shockwave therapy? That was a game changer too
