I think I used PaintedCz's VCCV English UTAU Tutorial (the pronunciation part) to add some english sounds into the vb, and idk what jp reclist I was using

C+V reclist/base oto is from chevrefee

also the reason why the first vb is formatted in C+V with only some CV stuff is cause I lost half of the vb when moving to a new computer, so I had to scrape together the half I had left to fix the vb as much as I could (and why he is mostly in C+V now, and he had some eng stuff so I oto's that too)
