For the record, Jenny Wiltshire was never, ever, Ronald DeSouza's lawyer. An unauthorised phone call to the CCRC does not entitle the Firm to act on his behalf without his permission. Client care letter sent without speaking to him just days before his CCRC referral. Zero AML checks. Shameful.

Correction to theGuardian article. CCRC knew the whereabouts of Ronald DeSouza since 2020. December 2024 he submitted his application to the CCRC without legal assistance. Jenny Wiltshire was never, ever instructed. Denied his day in court. Youngest age 17 & oldest 53yrs miscarriage of justice.

Seriously, Jenny Wiltshire has never ever seen, spoken or represented Ronald De Souza in any legal matters. Ronald completed and submitted his own application direct to the CCRC. He waited 50 years to clear his name and is now fighting to correct this misinformation at age 70. No compensation!

That photo is not Ronald De Souza. He was denied his day in court due to an uninstructed solicitor and irregularities with the CCRC and the Court of Appeal. Why hasn't the media asked Ronald to tell his story or for that matter the Stockwell Six all of whom were arrested at the Oval. Oval 10 (4+6).

The Court of Appeal quashed Ronald De Souza's conviction - a miscarriage of justice that happened over 50 years ago. Aged 17 and sentenced to 6 months at a detention centre in 1972 for a crime he did not commit. BBC Nationwide Cause for Concern Muggings, Lynn Lewis, re-enacted the scene with Ronald.
