I don’t think Biden had dimentia I do think he was aging and his speech skills were regressing. Because people are biased against the elderly and had the narrative seed to them by the (social and right wing) media they interpreted this as dementia.

Answering my own question here but products and release date seem more similar to shrouded fable than to normal sets. I doubt there will be a prerelease.
