One of the most common responses to folks learning my son plays field hockey is “oh yeah, men’s field hockey was in the last olympics wasn’t it?” because the United States almost universally considers it a women’s only sport and doesn’t realize the rest of the world doesn’t at all.

Bonus of having a few procedures and hospital stays is I got these kicking hospital socks to lounge around in while sick! I am concerned it may have been a veterinary hospital just a bit though.

Builduary was a success! Cleaned off my unassembled shelf of 54 Infinity minis, a blood bowl team, the Ghost crew for Shatterpoint, 15 various Warhammer Infantry, a trukk, a Land Raider, and Trugg the troggoth king. Now to finish painting this lot for an event mid April! #warhammer40k #infinity

Over the break I got gifted another Ork trukk and my father in law was looking it over and asked “How long does that take to build?” and I guesstimated about two hours. And then…for science!!! #warhammer40k #orks

Da waaaagh rolled up on some guard tanks and did Ork things. Fun times had by all! Hilariously the best snagga boyz in melee with the tanks survived a stupidly long time. So much paint needed… #warhammer40k #orks

Been on the shelf a while but finally getting back to this project. There’ll be a dice tray between the two bench areas and a scoreboard down at the other end with marks for score, rerolls, and turn. I fully expect it to be done around 2028. 😜 #BloodBowl
