That said, the account may be inactive for a long period of time. Creating hurts. Enjoying the beauty in the art of others hurts. I've had a dream, but I wasn't enough: now I'm here, and I don't fit in.

I'm sorry to hear about that. I wish for things to get easier for you; that said, your art is yours and you have all the right to portray what you wish to. It's your choice ultimately, but I say don't worry too much about which, what's important is that you feel comfortable creating it

I've tried just about anything, but honestly? The only thing that made it easier here was accepting that I may feel embarrassing while still communicating what I have to and remembering that the person on the other end REALLY does not mind it. And if they do, that actually tells me more about them.
