Thats exactly what id like to do, buying a game, not buy a right to download it. A game can be a masterpiece but at 100$cad i would like my ownership of it to not depend on a digital download.

price is still unknown, this looks like a very fun 40-50 game but their thievery track records shows theyll try to sell it at 70 which is a dealbreaker for me, just like it was for air riders

Mine would be how it shows the skill tree everytime you get a new point even when you dont have enough points for any skills.

The game is good at making some limitation still, and all possible skips are fun to do this game is gonna be a speedrunner heaven

Not True, in all 3d games he have dialogue options, in skyward sword you can see him explain in detail what happened to zeldas dad, link is canonicly not mute, we just dont hear his voice

Same reason theyre huge in mk8, playable characters are often made smaller than they should be so background things and npcs are easier to see.

Truth my ass, took 1 minute at reading series X terms of service on their official site to find "your Xbox console [...] may stop working permanently..." for piracy reasons exactly like nintendo.

Considering hes the primary antagonist, i think that might be the point, hes not meant to fit in, he is an egocentric billionaire putting himself in a separate category than the peasants, including his employees.

Clearly you havent read the actual terms of service, or the snippet of it that this shitty fake news stemmed from.
It only mention bricking your console if you modify the nintendo account service, which you would need to hack into their server to do that. Very reasonable.
