I want an attempt to understand, rather than taking individual words to an extreme. "Doing nothing" is a common phrase to describe inadequacy. But sure. "Doing very little." "Voting against bills while rarely actually speaking out." "Giving shows of resistance with minimal substance"

But nationally? Centrist and even near left Dems are showing weakness on LGBTQ issues. They know that their seats are in jeopardy by supporting our rights. And so we will be "abandoned for political expediency". Newsom is planning a run in 2028 (should we still have those...). It is no coincidence
