Sadly, some people just don’t care. They’ll take credit for it by saying it’s cause Trump was elected, and then any issue that occurs in the future it’s cause Biden fucked it up before handing it over. It’s all just if it’s good it’s cause of us, if bad it’s them. It’s that simple :/

I'm thinking that if it was ever legally contested, any sane court would conclude it falls under the equal protection clause and that trans people can't be targeted based on their sex. But with how insane the SC is now... idk if they would ever bite the bullet on that
