As an editor, I cringed 20 years ago every time a writer cited Wikipedia. Now I wish more people would use it. It's like the encyclopedia set on the shelf we had in the 1970s, though way deeper.

A real country would have arts grants for people like that to learn and get access to proper equipment and we'd all be culturally richer for it.
