I’m very effective at changing my own tires, too, but why do it myself when someone will appear shortly to do it for me if I look slightly distressed and femme? (I can no longer do this which is sad but it was good while it lasted 😂)

Before I started passing I would girl mode to get cis guys to change my tire for me.

The number of times I get misgendered at trans events by cis people trying to be good allies but being very confused because I pass and am a little gender-fucky is considerably higher than in every day life. So yeah, that makes sense. They see trans and assume “woman/fem” by default

Thank you. I think it’s deliberate though. They either don’t want any masc presenting people (binary or nonbinary) at all or else they’re ok with misgendering binary trans men.
