I would say stocks have not yet at all begun to price in fiscal radicalism. What we're seeing so far is reaction to tariffs and a general sense of incompetence.

It's still hard to gauge though how far they'll go with the fiscal radicalism. There's been a very clear shift in rhetoric that way in Trump II vs Trump I, but far more careless sacking of federal employees and other budget-cut-theater than real public spending reduction.
