While I hate what that site has become, I’d prefer they force tech companies to take action and make their platforms safe as it’s not just X.
Too long they have carte blanche to do what they want

On the face of it private individuals not being landlords sounds great.
But this just leads to corporates owning blocks of flats and houses. Where know where this leads - profit and shareholder dividends being the only ambition.
More not-for-profit social housing is needed.
