Weird Al Yankovic is timeless! My children and I sang his songs loud and clear. The White Stuff in the Middle of an Oreo was one of our favorites. Now, my grand children listen to him as my husband and I drive them home from school. We sing Yoda, White and Nerdy, and the Amish song. What fun!

When I completed my Master's in Education with emphasis in reading, I took a qualitative research course using ethnography. Tied to the course was a book on the development of language. We were asked to write our bias about the language/culture, and then listen to conversations. Great class!
