My boss got my whole family Leafs headwear as a holiday gift. As people manager myself, it’s a good reminder that little things like this are why most people stay or leave an organization because of leadership not the company. #GLG

I attended a cooking class in NYC this week and it reinforced how much I want my part of my retirement plan to be a food truck with my wife serving charcuterie and wine…(and a secret menu smash burger)
