Somebody somewhere said they envisioned "I'll be Watching You" as being from a dog's point of view, and now I do, too. Suddenly it's adorable and I imagine the pet owner is on holiday and that's why the dog is missing them. Come home to your puppers, dammit!

I recently read the first one and it was okay. Okay enough that I'm considering reading the next one (there's only a handful). It doesn't quite capture the charm of the show and Richard is a bit too much first-week-on-the-island-Richard for my taste, but the mystery was pretty good.

Karl Urban is just SO GOOD...is a complete sentence. I think he's seriously underrated. I mean, I know he's...rated...but it's just not enough. Every role he's in he kills and he's never the same. He practically dissolves in his roles.

You don't look old enough to have been doing anything in '81! Around that time I was a "Library Helper" in my secondary school (which mostly meant shelving books for the School Librarian). I didn't end up doing anything in Library or Education, but I sure wanted to when I was an adolescent!
