I'll be sad to lose the genuinely cool stores that are in there now but yeah when I went it was completely dead so even though I'll miss it it's probably for the best. My selfish hope is that it's around long enough for me to be able to afford to buy a lightsaber.

As someone in Washington County right now I will definitely be checking out if I can get a place in Multinomah County once I have the money to get my own place cause stuff like this is great.

I feel like the focus on revoking the permit is kind of weird, if you're gonna ask the city to do something it legally can't do why not ask them to do something cooler like having the police physically stop ICE agents from abducting people? Like if you're asking for something illegal go all the way.

Never because all these giant companies are too big to completely collapse, at most they'll lay off 1000s screwing over the people working there and move on with basically zero conveniences.

I mean looking at what's said there the algorithm will still be owned by ByteDance so whether it becomes a propaganda tool entirely depends on if the American company actually can influence the algorithm at all or if it's still ultimately controlled by ByteDance. Still definitely worrying though.

I think if you take the 4:20pm one you can ride all the way down and back up in a little over an hour, same with the one right after that too.
