I hated my home economics class because my teacher knew nothing. She called all the utensils by the wrong name. I failed because I refused to not call them what they are. Turned out when I went to culinary school I was right and knew way more than her.

If she didn't own the IP any more and wasn't making money off of it you could. But she still owns it and makes a butt load of money from it so it's impossible to separate her from the art.
