It kinda feels like AI was used as a base, and then overpainted, particularly due to the weird jank and smoothness/sharpness issues on things on the table. ie, double tops to the water. Similar to photobashing

Definitely not fully AI though, just mildly assisted, 'else the wallpaper would be fucked
