Most of the time it's obvious, with good UX design even the most complicated UI can be easy to use. With CLI it's always a guessing game and going through documentation

GUI is better because you don't need to remember anything

And also this accident just makes accidents like that happen less in the future as architects and engineers have learned a lot from them and know better now how to avert or reduce the impact from them.

Sure it was a mess but my point is that a nuclear disaster caused by the strongest earthquake in Japan ever didn't cause any real damage to humans. It's just fearmongering. People are more afraid of some imaginary scenario than the real danger of fossil fuels.

The "green" party in Germany did irreparable damage to the country by being against nuclear. They live in a dream world where nuclear is replaced by renewables but in reality it's replaced with fossil fuels because renewable technology is just not enough

What Germans have done is more of a tragedy than a good plan. They are still 80% on fossil fuels, while for example France which relies heavily on nuclear is only using 8% fossil fuels and never had any issues with nuclear because they have modern safe plants

You are indirectly advocating for coal by being against nuclear. Renewables are not bad but they are not scalable. They are expensive and need massive amounts of land. Nuclear has the most efficient use of land. And also bio is responsible for 40x more emissions than nuclear

Btw. did you know that coal like any other material has certain radioactivity? So ironically, much more people (as seen on the chart above) die from cancer caused by radiation from inhaling coal smoke than they ever did from nuclear radiation.

Nuclear energy literally solves issues like climate change and pollution, if only everyone was educated on how safe it is, but this is not good for oil, coal and gas companies so they lobby against it.

And regarding waste, it's not an issue at all, plenty of space underground to store it and even retrieve later for recycling. These facilities are built in very remote locations and they are built in a way that prevents any radiation leaking

Which risk are you specifically referring to? Fukushima happened because of the largest earthquake in Japan's history, but even then nobody died from radiation there, because modern power plants like that one are built to contain the radioactive material in case of a disaster

Both extremely isolated cases and not comparable to the safety of modern nuclear plants, but even with those included nuclear energy is the safest and least damaging for the environment
