This isn’t to say that I do not see how practice-based apprenticeships through RPPs or community-engaged learning experiences can cultivate new ways of knowing & seeing educational problems & systemic solutions, but it puts a lot of the labor on faculty & doesn’t necessarily ‘count’ towards load.
