American society cannot advance with numbers like that. Bear in mind that’s just an indicator of potential comprehension. Of the remaining 46%, how many have access to higher education? Subtract that and rule out autodidacts and that’s the future of America. We are in decline.

Definitely select to bypass the TPM requirements (this is why you aren’t eligible to upgrade. TPM and UEFI are controversial topics. You can read about them, as well as Diffie-Helman cryptography by searching those topics)

rufus.ie/en/
Get a USB flash drive, insert it into a USB port, and use that software to create a bootable image on the drive from the ISO.
