Under House Rule XV, once a discharge petition reaches 218 signatures, it is placed on the "Discharge Calendar." However, the bill cannot be called for a vote until it has sat on that calendar for seven legislative days. Johnson allowed the Epstein vote...I doubt he will do that here. We'll see.
