I am honored to lead an IT help desk. My employees work very hard to provide kind, quality customer service to many people having 'a very bad day.' Much like other forms of entry-level client services, it is formative and foundational to building the power skills required for future success.

Choreg is an excellent vessel for bread pudding. I made mine with Woodford Reserve bourbon cherries and made a cardamon spiced caramel sauce. Won a lot of praise!

I was fortunate enough to meet Anne Byrn at a book release event this fall. I very much appreciate the work she put into Baking in the American South. Lots of insightful information around how recipes developed over the generations!

Wait, wait! There's more! For my graduate studies, I explored emotional intelligence development in IT professionals and used social network analysis to evaluate organizational readiness for complete adaptive leadership.

Oh...ha, I forgot to add that while I love stability, I've also learned to embrace change (Kegan and Lahey, Boyatzis, etc). I keep a keen eye towards VUCA environments and thinking about wicked problems. The world, as it turns out, is complicated, and I don't know.
