Are you actually allergic to posting any kind of context, or is this just engagement bait?

OR has an odd 2 year budget cycle. The kicker comes from money that's collected above projections and, by law, can't spend. OR is also all income tax which is more volatile than sales tax. So unsteady income + longer budget period = hard to budget and hard to adjust to change

As someone seeing this post 2 days after the fact, I seem to be a little ahead of the curve, but if you find something out I'd like to know too
