do they hate that i'm too emotionally attached? do they hate me? are we even friends? how long until they cut me off? have the warning signs started? i haven't even done anything, or maybe i have? what did i do? what do i do now?

i cry about this way too much. and usually nothing has happened.

i think about literally every person i consider a friend almost all the time. completely disjointed thinking. its just fear sometimes. it gets to the point sometimes where i worry about worrying about people too much. am i crazy? am i too emotionally attached? do others see me as too attached?
