the first example I think of when I think "spiritually isekai" anime is Seven Deadly Sins tbh

isekai anime is more than just an anime thats an isekai. it's a specific sense of humor, a specific tone, a specific set of flaws, and a specific type of blandness.
None of them, however, are exclusive to isekai anime, they merely were allowed to fester within isekai's fetid embrace.

some are too addicted to discourse, which is concerning
and some would rather actively take nazis over corny people

at this point I just assume people are making "slang" up for ass on the fly by mashing together two words that vaguely sound heavy or ass related whenever I see them use terms like that
