I tried to make Tini’s famous baked mac & cheese. A couple notes. 1. pasta and cheeses are different here in Portugal.
2., for somehow I went heavy handed with the paprika she recommended. I don’t normally use paprika, but I went from 0 to 60 on that, lending it an odd taste.

I watched and loved “A Man on the Inside.”
That scythe is coming, and we can view it grimly or with joy. I opt for the latter.
My mom has dementia and the portrayal of the descent is accurate and poignant. Still, somehow, we were able to laugh thru a lot of the episodes.
