It's still crazy to me that neither Yen (who have published other Beam books), Dark Horse (who aesthetically feel like a more natural fit), or anyone else wanted to put this out during the big corrupt/dark superheroes boom of The Boys and Invincible. The market was right there.

On the web reader, chapters 2 & 3 of Fool Night still say "translation and lettering provided with the help of Shogakukan Asia." I don't have a Viz subscription anymore so I can't check the rest of the chapters that were initially uploaded from Shogakukan Asia.
