1. Not all conflicts are the same. Gulf war under GHWBush- massive coalition of forces unite to drive out invading Iraqi army out of Kuwait. When Iraq left Kuwait, coalition forces stopped ( despite war mongers urging US to continue Bush said No, that’d be illegal. And he was right.
