I would argue vaping is better because folks who vape and do not smoke have a lower rate of lung cancer, lower rates of all cause smoking related cancer, and much less arthlosclerosis which means fewer strokes as well. Vaping is definitely harmful and we know that, but morbidity/mortality is less
