Can all American citizens file a class action suit against Elon musk and DOGE (non-government personnel) for this illegal breach of personal information? IHedge Fund Manager Ken Griffin Sued the IRS Over “Unlawful Disclosure” of His Tax Information to ProPublica back in 2022. Why not us?
