WOW! I had no idea that there's now a Costco in Lawrence. I just looked up where it is and I think the Sherwood Diner used to be in that spot. Not far from where I went to high school.

We had 2 lines and I remember both of them when living in Lawrence. However, if you asked me my first work number after moving to Los Angeles, I definitely don't remember that.

I hate being cynical but why does this have the feeling of "we need a distraction." Personally, I give it 50/50 that charges will eventually be dropped.

I think the Mets could have gone a little further to sign Diaz but it was clear, he wanted to go to the Dodgers. However, I wish the Mets would have offered a bit more. They either would have signed Diaz or forced the Dodgers to pay even more. I don't think giving Alonso 5 years made sense.

Of the 8 defectors, 6 would be on Medicare if they weren't in the Senate. Fetterman is so mentally off, he would probably qualify for disability. That leaves Cortez Masto as being the only defector who is under 65. My point is none of them care about the subsidies. It doesn't affect them at all.

With the exception of Cortez Masto and Fetterman, the other 6 already qualify for Medicare. If they weren't Senators, they would pay nothing. They don't care about health care subsidies. Fetterman is so screwed up mentally that he likely qualifies for disability. All of them need to be gone.

I just saw the brilliant Ontario, Canada tariff commercial here in Santa Monica. I guess Rupert really does hate the tariffs. Why else would Fox run it? Even if it was a local ad buy. It still ran on Fox. Amazing!

FWIW, I think it's Larry Ellison. That's pocket change for him. Particularly after how much the Administration has enriched Oracle as well as remove Colbert from CBS.
