This is the second time there has been a near unanimous vote on something recently (that I am aware of). Could this be a sign of some kind of change? I'm just not used to Rs refusing other Rs wishes in large numbers.

Short distance trucking makes sense. But I'm sorry long distance trucking still doesn't make sense to me. Batteries are still very heavy and having enough batteries to do long distance trucking means you can haul less goods as compared to a traditional ICE truck.

So what I have seen/read elsewhere, this recent behavioural change is her getting revenge on Trump and the GOP. Why? Because she REALLY wanted to run for Senate and Trump with the GOP in told told her no.
