I see what you mean. IMHO, immigration laws need tweaking to account for diversity. E.g. In the express entry program (permanent residency) 2021-2023 every year 50% of the invitee is an Indian citizen. Surely, they have the skill to reach the score required, but that makes for zero diversity. [1/2]
