In Geneva today 🇨🇭 to present an ongoing research with my colleague Francesca Bandini, on another CJEU hot potato: role of effective judicial protection in CFSP in the light of the recent KS and KD cases, whether the result is a coherent and complete system of remedies (spoiler: our answer is no)

Tomorrow the Full Court❗of the EU Court of Justice will hear the case of 🇪🇺 Commission vs Hungary 🇭🇺, an infringement action against 2021's Anti-LGBTQ+ Law 🏳️‍🌈. #EUvalues will be debated at its core. I will attend the hearing, feel free to join the discussion here!
