Take a mental health day, cancel all meetings. Go for a long walk, in the woods, in a museum, both? Turn off the phone, the computer. Read fiction. Invest in you as the firm you're working for doesn't give a damn if you burn out, they'll just replace you.

FYI: The capital in the western empire was moved in 401 CE to Ravenna, 9 years before Rome was sacked. Ravenna remained in Imperial control until 751, years after the sole capital of the remaining Empire was Constantinople. Constantinople wasn't sacked until 1204, during the 4th Crusade.

As the FBI continues to advocate for a public/private partnership, this becomes increasingly problematic as businesses continue to need to do business in places seen by our government as threats to national security.

The barriers for entry are very real. Our profession NEEDS to have women's voices heard. It also needs the voices of other "minorities" heard.
