If you feel left out of DEI, maybe involve yourself. Check in with the team or person running it at your workplace, see how you can get involved, what you can learn and what you can share. Call yourself and others in to the conversation.

Good DEI/EDI benefits all of society, including cis, het, white men. It looks at all areas of inequality and does the work to bring everyone on the journey to create a more inclusive workplace, community or society.

You can give different groups some advancement if data shows you have underrepresentation. But this would only be allowing qualified candidates to skip shortlisting and go straight to interview - they still have to have the best interview.
